A Hat in Time is “coming soon” to the Nintendo Switch and new free DLC will be available for the PC version on September 13.
Starring an alien girl tasked with collecting Time Pieces to fuel her spaceship and return home, A Hat in Time is a 3D platformer inspired by the likes of Banjo-Kazooie and Super Mario 64. The PC version will get a free update on September 13 that adds local split-screen co-op play for the entire adventure.
The PC version is also getting the Seal the Deal DLC featuring the Arctic Cruise as a brand new chapter along with a new difficulty mode known as Death Wish. Six new Time Rifts and a number of new costumes and badges will also be added.
If you download the DLC within 24 hours of its release, you’ll bypass the $4.99 price tag. Kickstarter backers will have it available for free at any time.
