CG writes: Its entirely possible to complete all of the initial Cyberpunk 2077 Watson side-missions before hopping into Dexters ride. This is before you initiate the preliminary missions for The Heist. You leave Dexter waiting for quite some time and once you do get there, you can be quite high levelled making light work of any opposition in the Prologue section.
