Capygames has shown off Switch gameplay of Grindstone ahead of its fall release.

In a developer walkthrough during Gamescom, game director Dan Vader explains the thought behind how Grindstone needs to be adapted from a portrait mobile game to a landscape console game.

He also provides a great introduction to the game if you haven’t come across it, and explains how the studio has dealt with the effects of COVID-19:

We named Grindstone one of the best mobile games of 2019, and it’s very exciting to see it making its way to a console after so long behind the Apple Arcade paywall.
