Fans of old-school platforming-based shooters like Metal Slug and Contra might have a new game to check out in Fury Unleashed. This co-op shooter exists in the pages of a living comic book where ink is a valuable resource and each room exists within its own comic panel.
Fury Unleashed uses a combo-based system that encourages you to kill enemies in rapid succession. Using roguelite elements, Fury Unleashed draws inspiration from games like Dead Cells and Rogue Legacy in addition to the aforementioned platform-shooter classics. Each comic book you play through features its own enemies and visual styles, and pulls from a total of 40 bosses to face off against.
