Once great, underinvestment has turned it into a postcard of managed decline. Football Manager is Borussia Dortmund. It shouldnt have the resources to compete in the big leagues, but with a bit of clever management and interesting tactical work, it more than holds its own. What team would Football, Tactics & Glory be?
