After closing all Toys R Us retail stores last year, the beloved Toys R Us brand seemed all but dead. However, thanks to a partnership with Tru Kids and b8ta, Toys R Us is set to open two new stores just in time for the holiday season, after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last year.
As reported by Bloomberg, the first of the new Toys R Us stores opened over the Thanksgiving weekend at Garden State Plaza in Paramus, New Jersey. Following its successful launch, a second Toys R Us store is set to open on December 5 in Houston, Texas.
