When Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is released in theaters later this year, it will bring to a close the Skywalker Saga that began all the way back in 1977 with Star Wars: A New Hope and, according to director J.J. Abrams, this new film will look to answer ‘as many questions as possible.”

Speaking to EW, Abrams discussed his feelings on the monumental task of wrapping up a saga that began over 40 years ago. Abrams is not taking that honor lightly, and he even admitted that “endings are the thing that scare me the most.”
