Nintendo has announced Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise, the sequel to the 2010 survival adventure.
Developed by Rising Star Games, the sequel is set in Boston in the year 2019, where “FBI agent Aaliyah Davis opens an investigation into an old case, she also opens a door to the unknown. A door that also takes us back to New Orleans, 14 years ago.”
The other side of the story will follow another FBI agent, Francis “York” Morgan, in this previous/past timeline. According to today’s direct, “The journey between past and present will take Aaliyah and York on a winding path.”
Deadly Premonition 2 will be available sometime in 2020, but Nintendo has also announced that the original game will be released on Switch as Deadly Premonition: Origins today.
