Reports of the death of game preorder discounts have been greatly exaggerated, it seems. While retailers like Amazon and Best Buy used to offer preorder discounts to anyone in their paid programs, both companies ended their programs. But now we’re starting to see retailers like Amazon and Walmart offering around $10 off upcoming games without requiring any membership at all.
