Electronic Arts has announced plans to remaster Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn and Command & Conquer: Red Alert for PC.
Red Alert’s remaster will include all three of its expansion packs – Covert Ops, Counterstrike, and Aftermath – in one package without any additional microtransactions.
The announcement comes just barely a month after Electronic Arts teased that it was exploring such projects. Electronic Arts Producer Jim Vessella acknowledged that excitement and support from the community following that tease was accompanied by “a healthy skepticism” that Electronic Arts could create remasters that lived up to fan expectations.
