San Diego Comic-Con is an event that covers just about every gamut of the geeky spectrum, and part of that includes content for fans of 80s and 90s animated television series. Shacknews had a chance to meet with Jeremy Shada and Bex Taylor-Klaus, voice stars of the Dreamworks animated series Voltron, to talk about their pre-performance rituals as well as their gaming habits, free time hobbies, and their skills within Epic Games’ hit battle royale Fortnite.

“I play Fortnite, and I’m just awful at it,” Shada said before expressing a lack of confidence in pulling off Fortnite’s orange justice emote. The crew also talk about what sort of video game they might want to see featured in the Voltron universe, showing interest in a “Skyrim-esque” world building RPG, maybe even one for a VR platform.

Taylor-Klaus also spoke toward her overall Comic-Con experience, saying that “the fans are so passionate, and they just have so much love and appreciate for the show, and that means the world to us.”
