WatchOS 5 was introduced during the WWDC 2018 Apple keynote and one of the features stood out from the pack. In addition to some new workout, search, and audio features, WatchOS 5 includes the new Walkie Talkie feature which turns your Apple Watch into the classic communication device.
Consumers will be able to control exactly who can reach them via Walkie Talkie but adding people from contacts.
You can also raise your wrist and start talking to Siri without having to give the initial voice cue, making the experience a good bit faster.
